Your 6 in-person sessions give you the following benefits and tools for life:
In your 1st session you will:
Become aware of your Emotions. You will learn to identify and transform the most constant negative emotion that stops, blocks, or sabotages your life.
In your 2nd session you will:
Become aware of your total Being. You will know the four aspects that create your Being and the importance of attending them daily.
In your 3rd session you will :
Become aware of your Mind. You will learn how to make your mind your best ally instead of your worst enemy. On average 70% of one’s daily unconscious thoughts are negative, self-sabotaging or redundant.
In your 4th session you will:
Become aware of the balance within. You will learn practical ways to generate balance in your daily life. A lack of balance prompts codependent relationships, addictions, social disfunction, unhappiness, illnesses, etc.
In your 5th session you will:
Develop awareness of Integrity and Coherence. Intended to reduce self-blockages or undesirable reactions. You will experience two Jungian techniques for a more coherent and harmonious life.
In your 6th session you will:
You will learn "Anchoring". Through classic conditioning you will learn to access a resourceful state when needed, while achieving the end goals in mind.

DURATION AND COST
Course duration:
6 weekly sessions in-person, which include 1 month of access to the “Mindfulness for You” online course to reinforce the practices of each of the 6 steps. The continuous practice supports the integration of the new habits which are the foundation of your new life of awareness, love, harmony, health abundance and joy.
